
Yearly Bank Profit Report 2023
Islamabad (August 31, 2023) In the second quarter of the calendar year 2023, an increase of 203% was recorded in the profits of the banks. According to the financial data submitted by the banks to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, in the period from March to June, the listed banks had a profit of Rs. 131,298 million. Profit after tax is 203% higher than the same period of 2022.

- Standars Chartered Bank Rs.9594 million
- Summit Bank had a loss of Rs 799 million
- United Bank had a profit after tax of Rs 13,051 million
Meezan Bank, National Bank, MCB, Habib Bank and United Bank have been the top banks in terms of profit, while on the other hand, Summit Bank suffered a loss of Rs 799 million.
